ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if people have been listening to Ron and Fez, but Fez (the guy everyone respects and loves) has really been pushing for action against Troy. His current excuse for not talking on his show is this incident. He has repeatedly said he doesn't feel safe at work or in the halls. He also went to management and apparently management didn't do enough for him so he was criticizing them and saying that he now knows how they feel about gays. It is like he is building a case to sue the company, and unfortunately with the way things are, I think he could do it. The worst part is that if he did win Sirius could never fire him or it would look bad.
Deleteno one hates fez for being gay, even though he's bad at it. there are enough other reasons to hate him, not the least of which is his lack of presence on his own show. however, in most workplaces, what troy did would get you fired on the spot without anyone even needing to go to management to push for them to get canned. still, as i recall, O&A's shows often end with screaming matches (remember danny)?

DeleteFez bullies at least one of every intern class, at least as much as an old fat queen that cries a lot can bully. What helps him is Ron who always undermines him and makes it funny while at the same time egging it on.
DeleteFez can't wait to play the gay card, although the common use is for why he isn't going to participate in the show that day ("something happened to someone gay somewhere and I'm all locked up"), he can use it to dangerous effect. If there is going to be a gay card, I think you at least need to get licensed. How about a simple "dick in the ass" test? He wouldn't even have to get the "black dick" and "fisting" endorsements right away as those require more training and aren't for everyone.

Epiphany! It all makes sense now, and boy do I feel stupid. Sirius (and other radio companies) have been paying this man child hundreds of thousands (or even millions) of dollars to come into a radio show each day and do nothing (not an exaggeration). The frustrated co-host pokes a stick at him a few times a day and that results in an excuse for the current day's lock sometimes accompanied with crying if the excuse is a juicy one.

Does anyone remember how he treated Earl? Didn't he eventually play a big part in getting Earl fired for for a thing that happened on another show. Again, not arguing over whether Earl or Troy have merit, it is just that Fez waits for someone to hit the ground and then starts kicking righteously kicking them.
A bit hazy, but I think R&F actually pressured Earl into quitting for faking a head injury because of something Danny did.

The video was shot in 1994, and you don't have to think very hard to find many things from 1994 look incredibly dated today.
