DeleteI agree with you Mr. Pepin. Judge Alex was very good. His cerebral prowess showed in his commentary. He had a good opinion on addressing the Supreme Court making decisions based on party lines. Jimmy is right in that the Supreme Court is very predictable in how they vote based on their Liberal or Conservative views. Of course, that is why Presidents appoint judges to the Court in the manner that they do.
