ReplyDeleteToday's show was a stinker though. Opie took the lead the whole show. Ant and yimmy barely played off of him because ope had NOTHING. If they weren't batting .900 for their careers i would have tapped out mid show.

ReplyDeleteI verify each recording three times per day, once at PC at home then mobile and PC at work. I have not run into any volume issues yet.

ReplyDeleteThat was one of the most painful shows to listen to. Jimmy's/Ant's bombs were the most redeeming part of it. Sam is absolutely intolerable today. Found myself twitching half-way through his list reading.

Do you think every single episode of a tv program you like is excellent? probably not... same concept here.

ReplyDeleteFuh duh record: StuntBrain's 3rd-term conspiracy is horseshit. The Congressman SB cites (Jose Serrano, D-NY 15th District) has put forth the same term-limit repeal when both Clinton and G-Dub were serving. And Serrano is Hugo Chavez supporting moron.
ReplyDeleteAlso, FDR was elected to a FOURTH term in 1944, and a few other presidents attempted to run for a 3rd term; it was only ever an "unwritten rule" until the 22nd Amendment in 1947. So let's not kid ourselves that 2 terms is so sacrosanct. (As a matter of fact, every other president besides FDR that sought a 3rd term was eliminated by their own party's primary.)
And lastly, we are taught in school that George Washington settled with only 2 terms as a high-minded gesture against tyranny, when in reality Washington was old as a bitch and wanted to retire after his first term but Jefferson and James Madison were worried about some kind of leadership void and convinced Washington to run for another term.
Either way, it's now culturally-reinforced common knowledge that The President only serves 2 terms and as long as the country is split 50.6/50.4 on all the divisive issues, we won't see a repeal.
